Our mortgage brokers - consultants will be in a position to provide information with respect to the maximum borrowing capacity, loan repayments, the most suitable lender and loan facility and details with respect to the associated costs of the loan transaction (eg government stamp duty and fees).
Iconex does not charge you
Iconex has a policy of not charging fees on residential mortgages. Unlike some mortgage brokers our fees are not added to the interest rate or fees charged by the lender, rather they are paid directly by the bank.
Privacy Policy & PI
Iconex has a privacy policy which is strictly followed by all our mortgage brokers. All your private information will never be given to a third party and will be stored safely and securely. Iconex also has full Professional Indemnity (PI) cover.
