 VIC Property Stamp Duty
The following is the stamp duty payable to the State government on a property purchase in the state of Victoria, Australia.
Property pirce: Not more than $20000 – 1.4% of the dutiable value of the property.
More than $20000, but no more than $115000 - $280 plus 2.4% of the dutiable value in excess of $20000.
More than $115000, but no more than $870000 - $2560 plus 6% of the dutiable value in excess of $115000.
More than $870000 – 5.5% of the dutiable value.
